Bio
Angela Palmer is a PhD scholar in the School of Social Policy, Social Work and Social Justice, University College Dublin, Ireland. Her research focuses on people’s experience of adoption from foster care in Ireland, and the policy-making process. She previously worked as a policy analyst, journalist and advocate. Angela is an adoptive mother of two siblings from foster care.
