I am doctoral student of Social Work in School of Governance, Law and Society, Tallinn Univercity. I am experienced as social worker and manager in substitute homes. My research focuses on child`s substitute care and deinstitutionalization in Estonia, and is particularly interested on what does the changes in care system mean from children`s and staff members perspective; in frame of child citizenship concept.
My supervisors are Karmen Toros (PhD, Tallinn University) and Judit Strömpl (PhD, Tartu University).
