Bio
Andy is currently managing the Leaving Well project for Social Finance. They are aiming to improving the outcomes for Care Leavers by developing a digital tool that supports the Pathway Planning process and provides better outcomes data to Local Authorities. Prior to joining Social Finance, Andy spent 6 years working for The Challenge, a social integration charity, where he supported the scale up of the National Citizen Service, he also setup and led the delivery of a new apprenticeship programme – Step Forward. Andy started his career as a maths teacher in central London on the Teach First programme.
