Elvira Garifulina has worked at the Timchenko Foundation since 2013 and has 18 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. She has worked on development of corporate social responsibility and GR at international financial and industrial corporations. Ms. Garifulina has experience working at charity organizations concerned with the issues of orphans. She is the author of more than 30 research publications and the co-author of a number of handbooks on the prevention of social oprhanhood and the development of foster care.
An honors graduate of the Sociology Department of Altai State University (major in Social Work), she has received her second degree in Economics (turnaround manager), is a PhD of social sciences and a graduate of the Presidential program for training of management personnel. Has completed a number of educational programs in the UK, USA, South Africa, Finland.
